Executive Director of Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation (AMTF) and CSR & CSI Activist for Eradication of Thalassemia from Pakistan, Ateeq Ur Rehman has urged massive donation of blood to overcome blood shortage and saving lives of thalassemic children.

The recent monsoon has been a big hit for shortage of blood in Karachi, there is a dire need of blood donations for thalassemic children, other blood disorder patients, trauma patients, emergencies and for advance stage of surgeries at different hospitals, he said.
